Choice Brands provides a warranty on watches and keyrings. We do not provide a warranty for watch straps. We also provide a full returns and refunds policy, in line with regulations - please see our Terms of Service for more information.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY WARRANTY?

WHAT IS A WARRANTY?
A warranty is a guarantee that covers your purchase for a specified period of time. It is a promise to repair or replace your item, if necessary. A warranty is designed to give you, the customer, security and peace of mind when buying.
Your invoice acts as your proof of purchase. You may request a copy of your invoice to be resent to you at any time.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY?
The warranty offered by Choice Brands covers you for:
WATCHES
- Choice Brands offers a 2-year warranty on watches.
- The warranty offered by Choice Brands covers you for:
- Any faults with the watch movement (internal mechanism)
- The warranty offered by Choice Brands does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents
- Any other part of the watch besides the movement, such as straps/bracelets, batteries or water resistance.
- If your watch arrives without a working battery, please contact us immediately.
KEYRINGS
- Choice Brands offers a 1-year warranty on keyrings.
- The warranty offered by Choice Brands covers you for:
- Any faults with the keyring
- The warranty offered by Choice Brands does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents
