How to Order - Bespoke Watches
Step 1
Contact Us
Send us an email, call, or fill out our contact form. Let us know which service you would like: bespoke or pre-designed. Your account manager will answer within 24 hours and get you started. We will tell you the best options with your ideas at the base of our advice.
Step 2
Get Quote
After an initial discussion about ideas and designs, we will give you a quote. Our team will hand over a detailed overview of all our services and their costs. This lays out our work together. Once agreed, we can move on to the design stage.
Step 5
Place Order
As soon as you are happy with your product(s), place your order. No changes to your order can be made after purchase. After payment, we will send you a virtual invoice and keep you updated on delivery. Relax whilst our watchmakers work hard on your order.
Step 3
Send Your Logo / Icon
This is where your ideas are made. Send over any photos, logos or themes and our design team will make designs based on your ideas. Any changes you request will also be done during the design stage. We will send over images of the watch to help you decide.
Step 4
Receive Sample
The design(s) have now been confirmed by you. A complimentary sample is sent out to you, as well as images or any other samples you have paid for. Make any last tweaks to designs here before you place your order.
