What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order a minimum of 20 units per dial design.
How long is the total process from idea to delivery?
Within 14 working days. Depending on your comments, we aim to design and produce your watches as soon as possible.
Where is Choice Brands based?
We are located in the UK. All our products are handmade in-house. They are shipped from our London-based workshop.
How many samples can I get?
We will send you one free production sample.
Bespoke
Can you brand the box?
No, we are unable to make any changes to the box itself. We can add designs to the outer packaging sleeve. This is discussed during the design process.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we offer engraving. You are able to engrave the back of your watch with a message or logo of your choice.
What do you need for the design of the watch face?
We will need an image and/or logo. This needs to be according to our specifications. Feel free to also let us know of any ideas that you would like to incorporate. Kindly note that you will be responsible for any trademark or copyright.
Can we make changes to the design?
Yes, you can make changes to the design. Our design team are here to help you. Note that changes can only be done up to and including the production sample stage.
How many samples can I get?
We will send you one free production sample.
How many designs will I get?
We will send you many different design ideas. Together, we will come up with the best design for your customers.
Warranty
Is there a warranty offered?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty for all items ordered. We aim to repair or replace your item, if necessary. Note that this excludes wear, tear and battery issues.
How do I register my warranty?
Each watch will arrive with a QR code. Scan and fill in the details to register your warranty. Please contact us if you have any issues with your warranty.
What is covered under my warranty?
Your warranty covers any issues with the watch movement. We do not cover wear and tear or accidental damage. We also do not cover damage to the straps, keyring or battery issues.

Payment and Shipping
What is the delivery time?
We aim to deliver 72 hours after a payment. Note that this is dependent on the size of the order. We will keep you informed of any delivery time changes.
Is shipping included in the cost?
There is free shipping for orders over £500. Any shipping costs will be made clear during the initial quote.
Does the price of the watch include a presentation box?
Yes, a presentation box is included in the price.
Can I order more watches after my initial order?
Yes. If you place a reorder using the same design, the MOQ will be 20 watches. If you would like to change the design please contact your account manager. The design process will restart.
Does the cost price include VAT?
No, all prices quoted exclude VAT.

Do you offer free design?
Yes, we offer free designs.
Do you provide a production sample?
Yes, we offer a free production sample. This will be sent to you after the design phase.
How many different cases do you have?
We have 2 watch cases. One 38mm diameter case and a 42mm case with a unidirectional bezel. We have many case and strap colour options for you to choose from.
Are the watches made in Great Britain?
We hand assemble each watch to order and hold no stock of made watches. All products are made in-house in our workshop in Great Britain.
